Virender Singh Raghave is a seasoned strategist and industry pioneer with over 35 years of experience in hospitality security, loss prevention, crisis preparedness, and infrastructure protection. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in shaping national security frameworks and operational continuity strategies for leading hospitality and infrastructure ventures.
His most defining contribution is the creation of India's first end-to-end, seven-tiered security blueprint for Aerocity, New Delhi—an urban hospitality and commercial hub. This innovative plan integrated seven layers of physical and procedural safeguards and served as a benchmark for future-ready security architecture in India. His SOPs and manuals, now widely adopted by both public institutions and major hospitality chains, have enabled the secure onboarding and sustained operation of top-tier global brands.
Mr. Raghave has held strategic security leadership positions with a range of prestigious national and international hospitality companies, earning a sterling reputation for credibility, foresight, and executional precision. He possesses deep expertise in crisis management, risk assessment, physical security design, business continuity planning, and high-risk operational coordination.
His leadership extends beyond operations—he is also known for cultivating long-term collaboration with government agencies, law enforcement bodies, regulatory institutions, and intelligence networks. E. Damodar is a seasoned bureaucrat and legal-risk advisor with a distinguished career in law enforcement and strategic consulting. He served as Inspector General of Police for Andhra Pradesh and provided legal and vigilance counsel to the Krishna District Cooperative Central Bank. Over the years, he has advised leading institutions including L&T Finance, ACT Fibernet, Lekcon Infra, and the National Bulk Handling Corporation. He also holds directorial positions at ACTD Television Network and ACN Cables Ltd.
His deep grounding in regulatory frameworks is further enhanced by training from institutions such as the SVP National Police Academy, Andhra Pradesh Police Academy, and the Data Security Council of India. His areas of specialization include economic offenses, cybercrime, anti-money laundering, and data privacy. Academically, he holds an M.A. in Political Science from SV University and an LL.B. from Osmania University. Mr. Damodar has also served on the boards of key public sector entities such as the Andhra Pradesh State Beverages Corporation Ltd., reflecting his robust experience in regulatory governance and institutional oversight.
